How to earn points:

1. Customers will receive points after successfully placing an order (points will be automatically issued upon payment completion), and will receive 200 points for every JPY 10,000 spent.

2. New customers will receive 1,000 points upon registering with our store (you can register by email).

3. We will give you 1,000 points on your birthday.

Point usage rules:

If your order exceeds JP¥10,000, 1 point will be used to deduct JP¥1;

the maximum number of points that can be used per item is 20,000 (JP¥20,000 deduction per item);

points can be used for products in stock at our Japan warehouse (no deduction limit) and can be exchanged by contacting us.

Recommended mechanism:

If you recommend a customer and the order is successful, both the inviter and the person you invite will receive 2,000 points;

customers can share the link via social media such as Twitter, Instagram, or email;

How shopping money works:

If you wish to refund, we can negotiate with you to refund your purchase to your account, so that you can enjoy a significant discount when you order next time.
